Shipping & Returns


The pandemic has affected us all, and while we want to get your orders to you as fast as possible, we have to acknowledge that many of our courier services have experienced a higher than normal volume of shipment requests with lower than normal staff availability. This has affected our product delivery time. From fulfillment to delivery, some orders may take anywhere from 5-12 business days to be delivered to you, sometimes less depending upon your location. 

As we progress and constantly search for ways to improve our service, we will be searching for new options to improve our shipping options, and delivery times where available. We sincerely thank you for your patience. 


After placing your order, you will be notified by email confirming your purchase. When your product has shipped, we'll send you an email with a tracking number, notifying you that your order has been shipped along with an estimated delivery date. While we provide estimated delivery dates for your convenience, we cannot guarantee any specific delivery date.  

We've all been affected by the pandemic, and we ask that you bear with us as we work hard to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience, understanding, and loyalty as we continue to work to improve our services, and provide you the best experience possible. 


We strive to produce products that Glorify God that you can enjoy. Though we are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase, we understand that sometimes returns must be made. If you would like to request a return please read our following return policy completely, then submit the necessary return request, and a we will respond to you as quickly as possible. All returns must be reviewed and approved prior to receiving a refund or replacements. 


If you would like to request a return, please note that  all customers have 15 days to complete a return request after the product has been delivered. If your product is damaged, or inaccurate please complete a return request, detailing the reason for your return, and provide a clear photo of the issue, so that we may serve you better. 


In order to be eligible for a return ALL products must be unworn and undamaged by the customer, otherwise we will be unable to process your return request. Additionally, we highly advise that you follow the recommended care instructions for your product(s), otherwise we cannot process your return request.  


While we strive to provide you with excellent service, if your return request is not submitted within 15 days, unfortunately we will be unable to complete your request for a return. Any return requests submitted after 15 days will not be approved for a return.

Important Note: Customers are responsible for reshipment or reorder fees that result in the inaccurate delivery of products. In this case, we are not responsible for the replacement of any products lost in the delivery process, because of inaccurately provided mailing addresses. Couriers will return any products to our facilities if they receive an insufficient mailing address. Customers are responsible for any reshipment fees as a result of providing an insufficient mailing address. 


Though very rare, if your product came in a size that does not match your order, please fill out a return request form within the 15 day period, we will review the issue and resolve it by sending you the correct size at no cost to you. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to process return requests for buyer's remorse.
